A strategic design initiative across Procore PDM's first two pillars — auditing current upload workflows, benchmarking against Autodesk and Aconex, and driving four AI-powered enhancements: auto-read metadata, version detection with inheritance, auto-numbering, and deletion workflows. First two shipped; last two in next quarter.

A user-centred redesign of BigSky — Boeing's internal aircraft planning tool — used by sales analysts to schedule manufacturing timelines for hundreds of aircraft. The goal: simplify a complex, overloaded UI so analysts could work faster and hand off plans to manufacturing without friction.
