I'm a Senior UX Designer with over a decade designing complex enterprise workflows across CCaaS, customer data platforms, aviation, and construction tech. I'm currently at Procore Technologies, leading design strategy and execution for Document Management in the Preconstruction unit.

My path here started in software testing — QA roles at IBM and Cisco — before I moved into UX. That background still shapes how I work: my process starts with research — stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiry, and synthesis that turns scattered pain points into a clear point of view — then moves fast through journeys, wireframes, and prototypes before landing on high-fidelity designs that hold up after the launch demo.

Lately I've been integrating AI into every stage of the design process — from compressing research with NotebookLM to prototyping with Claude and Cursor — without compressing the quality of what ships.
